Mr. Imtiaz Ibrahim has taken over the Company as Nominee Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zillion Capital Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He is a highly regarded professional in the Pakistan Stock Exchange with over 35 years of experience in equities and fund management.

He brings extensive expertise in Pakistan’s capital markets, supported by decades of involvement in the brokerage and investment industry. He served as an individual member of the Exchange from 1994 to 2001, gaining valuable exposure through his association with senior market professionals, where he worked as an authorized agent.

In 2001, he transitioned into the corporate structure by establishing M/s. Zillion Capital Securities (Pvt) Ltd., strengthening the firm’s foundation and expanding its services to a wider investor base.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and possesses strong expertise in equity trading, brokerage operations, fund management, investor relations, and market analysis, serving retail, institutional, and HNWI clients.

His leadership is defined by professionalism, integrity, and a long-standing commitment to delivering quality financial services and sustainable value creation for clients and stakeholders.

Mr. Muhammad Asif – Director

Mr. Asif Ibrahim is also director of Zillion Capital Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He has been associated with the firm since 2003. He brings over 18 years of experience in the stock broking industry with strong expertise in capital markets, including client servicing, operational management, and brokerage operations.

He has played a key role in strengthening trading operations and organizational efficiency, contributing to the firm’s steady growth and stability. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, complementing his practical market knowledge. His leadership reflects professionalism, strong industry insight, and a commitment to operational excellence and client-focused service delivery.

Mr. Abdul Aziz – Director

Abdul Aziz serves as Director at Zillion Capital Securities, bringing more than 20 years of diversified professional experience across engineering, business operations, and financial markets. A graduate by qualification and a Marine Engineer by profession, he possesses strong technical expertise combined with strategic leadership capabilities. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge of capital markets, investment strategies, and financial operations, enabling him to contribute effectively to the company’s growth and long-term vision.
